Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HypeVote ("we", "the service"). By creating an account or voting you agree to them.

The service

HypeVote lets creators publish informal two-option audience polls, share them by link, and export result images and videos. Polls are informal: anonymous link voting cannot guarantee one person, one vote, and results are not scientific, official or suitable for elections, contests, prizes or wagering.

Accounts

Creators need an account; voters do not. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You confirm you have the rights to every image and text you post, and you grant us a limited license to host, display and render it to operate the service. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that violate it.

Payments

Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy (to be published before paid launch) and applicable law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
